James joined Callan Co-op as General Manager in January 2021. James has total responsibility for all aspects of the business and provides leadership to a dedicated team of employees. James continues to build and develop the long standing Callan Co-op ethos, tradition and culture.

Siobhan joined the team in 2022 to set up and launch the Homevalue Store. A retail professional she came to the role with almost 20 years experience in the home and agri retail sector. The new Callan Co-op Homevalue store reflects this professional approach while also retaining the commitment to staff and community, all integral to Callan Co-op

Stephen has been manager since 2009 and with a great team has watched the business grow and develop with successful retail, forecort and deli areas. Londis continues to be a success story.

Proper governance is a key cornerstone of any Co-operative Society. The Society Board has overall responsibility for the strategic direction of the Society. It is comprised of 12 members with the General Manager tasked with the role of Secretary for the Society. The best interests of the members of the Society are very well served by those that represent them on the Board.
